How to participate in the Land Bank program

The Land Bank lists properties through Requests for Proposals. Browse current opportunities to find properties available for purchase.

During the open period, submit a proposal outlining your plans for the property. Proposals are reviewed by staff and presented to the board.

Land Bank board meetings are open to the public. Attend to learn more about the program and participate in the community process.
